By accessing use.jobflownow.app or jobflownow.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
JobFlow NOW is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing business management tools for service businesses, including invoicing, estimates, scheduling, expense tracking, mileage tracking, and financial reporting.
Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected subscription tier. Payments are processed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize JobFlow NOW to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
JobFlow NOW operates on a strict NO REFUND POLICY. All subscription payments are final. No refunds or credits will be provided for:
Users retain all rights to the data entered into the system. JobFlow NOW stores this data securely but is not responsible for data loss resulting from user error. We recommend using the built-in data export feature regularly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your account will not renew. No past payments will be refunded.
You agree not to use JobFlow NOW for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
JobFlow NOW strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. We are not liable for any business losses resulting from service interruptions.
JobFlow NOW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All sales of JobFlow NOW subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:
Users may cancel at any time via the Settings panel. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew.
In the rare event of a verified technical billing error, contact support@jobflownow.app with your account email and charge date. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
By subscribing, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms and the NO REFUND POLICY, and authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
